What would we do without Mnikjom guys, the mod author who is seemingly on a mission to port each and every mod from Oldrim to SE. We got a whole collection that was ported by the one and only Mnikjom. This increases the whole pace of the game by a lot, because you'll be less in those pesky menus.
Works like a charm, highly customisable, an absolute joy to use. In short, this mod basically replaces the vanilla Skyrim loot system with the mouse-hover quick looting from Fallout 4. ini file to your liking, so check that one out if you want.
